All classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted. Registration is required for all classes, at least 2 hours before the start of the class. *Registrations for the early morning classes must be made by 8:00pm the previous night.
THE MAIN THREE STYLES

A 75 Minute Combination of Fire, Power and Zen.
A vigorous flow will warm the body and get you ready for core work, with plenty of time for deep stretches and a long savasana. Room will be slightly heated to 80 degrees.
Reset your mind, body, and spirit in this yin inspired class.
Our practice will begin with breath work and meditation to slow down the mind. We will then let go of tension in our bodies with deep stretches that release fascia and improve joint mobility. Poses will be held for 3-5 minutes and modifications will be given for all bodies. Class will come full circle with a restorative pose and savasana that invite deep relaxation and restore the spirit. If you have yoga props, such as bolsters, straps and blocks, please bring them with, but they are not necessary.
A 45 minute workout targeting your core muscles
A variety of exercises and equipment will be used to help strengthen your abs, back, shoulders, and glutes. This class is an awesome compliment to your regular yoga practice.
YOGA HIIT BOOTCAMP
Yoga + High Intensity Interval Training
This hour-long workout starts with a yoga warm-up, then we will incorporate weights and resistance bands into high intensity interval training. You'll get a complete full-body workout while keeping your heart rate elevated for maximum calorie burn! We'll finish up with a quick yoga portion to get you all stretched out and de-stressed!
Yoga for ages 8-12
Through various yoga poses, games, meditations and relaxation techniques we will explore the numerous physical and emotional benefits of yoga for kids. Join us for an hour of fun, mindful activities focused on improving concentration, increasing confidence and reducing stress and anxiety.
Cardio Fusion of Boxing, Dance and Pilates
Thanks to the pilates component, you’ll start noticing stronger, longer, and leaner muscles, improved flexibility, better muscle control, and better coordination. If that wasn’t enough, boxing provides you with stronger and more powerful arms, shoulders, and back, and the mental empowerment that comes with knowing how physically strong you are. But wait, there’s more, the dancing produces happiness-inducing endorphins in your body, and gets your metabolism going into overdrive. Make sure to fuel up before and after class, because you’re gonna burn lots of calories with this program.
Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. Please bring a clean pair of athletic shoes!
A 45 minute toning & strengthening class
Using a ballet barre, this class incorporates elements of balance and strength through Pilates, ballet and yoga techniques for a full body workout. Heavy emphasis on legs and glutes, but also incorporates training for upper body and core.
A 45 minute cardio dance class
Come join us as we explore traditional jazz dance, hip hop and lyrical dance styles to get our heart pumping and feet moving! No prior experience needed--beginners welcome! All movements will be broken down from warmup, steps/combinations, and end with a relaxing cool down stretch.
45 minutes of strengthening & lengthening
This 45-minute class combines the strengthening benefits of kettlebell training and yoga. By targeting your arms, legs, shoulders and core, the class aim is to increase strength, fitness, balance and flexibility for a well-rounded mind and body. We offer modifications to poses and different-sized kettlebells for various strengths, so everyone can participate.
