About the Event
This hour-long workout will incorporate weights and resistance bands into high intensity interval training. You'll get a complete full-body workout while keeping your heart rate elevated for maximum calorie burn! We'll finish up with a quick yoga portion to get you all stretched out and de-stressed! $60 for a six week session. Choose Mondays at 7pm or Saturdays at 10am.
