Candlelit Restorative Workshop

This 90-minute restorative yoga class is designed for all levels of students. Through stillness and surrender, we will be able to calm the mind and awaken the parasympathetic nervous system for optimal relaxation and restoration. Bring a bolster and a blanket, if you have them.
