About the event
Each class will begin with learning about each chakra and reflecting on your own experiences with each chakra. This will be followed by a chakra-balancing yoga practice and meditation. Please bring a bolster and 2 pillows and a blanket if you like.
Upper Chakras: March 5th from 1:00 to 2:30 Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown Chakras
