About the Event
Fascia stretching is basically the opposite of muscle stretching. It is an active practice that involves shortening a specific muscle area, adding compression, and moving in the opposite direction. In the Fascia Release Workshop, you will be introduced to 3-4 fascia stretches for each part of the body including the: neck, back, chest, shoulder, biceps, triceps, wrists, rib cage, hips, quads, glutes, hip flexors, hamstrings, IT band, inner thighs, calves and ankles- WOW!
