Warrior Interval Training

This 75-minute class will train your body and mind with intervals designed to work on mobility, endurance, strength, balance, core power, and flexibility. We will use elements of yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and kickboxing to consciously work all muscle groups and focus on mind-body connection.
