Yin is a slow, soothing, and meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia, and ligaments in the body. You will hold poses for 2-5 minutes. The deep stretching of Yin Yoga is a great counter balance for your vinyasa yoga practice or all other activities!
