About the Event
Come learn about a slower yoga that accommodates everyone, even beginners. Yin yoga (slow, low, cool, long poses) compliments Yang yoga (fast, high, warm/hot, short poses). We will work on sitting poses that involve long stretches to get into deep tissues (tendons ligaments, fascia). The long poses also allow for quiet meditation practice. We need Yin and Yang in our lives to have balance.
Led by Deb Hutchison. Cost is $17 for this 90 minute workshop.
